I don't remember all the faces but I remember the event,it at the Officers mess after the Trooping. I was the Drum Maj then.

It was the parade after the trooping. You may recall that the Bn gave out many awards and thank yous to those how played a major part in the Trooping. You may also recall that the CofD , although did almost all of the pre trooping practices but we also played a major part in the trooping BUT we received nothing for our efferts.
remember how pissed the troops were as we had to attend the event.
