Looks like a YOUNG Randy Watts.
Last time I was talking to Randy, I was at Stadecona at the (then) military hospital shortly after I remustered in '88. Randy, I believe was a fire-fighter on one of the boats with the guppies

 If it's before '82, no; then again, if it was after '82, well those times can get a little fuzzy: JR's, Brass Tacks, Spooners, Oxbox, Beef Baron, Scabie Abie's, etc etc etc---think they were good times though

Thanks for the memories this picture was taken outside the church where Steve Ells just got married . I was his best man and Jim we all had a good time at the wedding didnt we.
