Willy, I remember him I recalled going to Forrest for the first time. So we hitch a ride in the back of a pick-up. Matt Miles and Louie Henry were already in the back, so when we got out of the truck Kyle looked at the two of them and said who the hell are they Muth anf Jeff immediately Matt was on top of him just beating him so bad that we had to return to Ipperwash for the night. The next week we left for German on the SS Ryndam.

Hi Willy, great picture of Ken Kyle, (RIP) Ken passed away in St. John, NewBrunswick, some years back. He was a good friend of my brother and lived next door to each other. When my brother meet him they started to talk about the service and Ken had mention that he knew a Matchett, while in Germany, with the RCR, and the rest is history and they became excellent friends until his untimely passing.....Pro Patria.....Ernie.

WE BECAME GOOD FRIEND'S AFTER THAT, I MET HIM IN DARTMOUTH AT A HOCKEY TOURNAMENT A FEW YEARS BACK. Matt Miles, and Dupes, how hell are you both?. A lot of years have gone by sense we crossed paths. Dave Pedlar, lives in Hamilton, Ont, and John Todd, live in Brantford, Ont I am in contact with both of them and was talking to Dave pedlar, just last week. As for Paddy, someone was saying he llives in Kingston, but I have no address or phone number. Larry Soroka, lives in Kingston, also and we talk to each other often.
