Jim whats the guys name facing front shaking hands, I should know him, he was Platoon WO on the last NCO Course I  instructed on in Pet.

I was already retired  when I met Bud Graham..He worked for me in Correctional Services and retired about two years ago from Corrections as a manager. He was extremely efficient and had not his back injury flared up he would have gone much further in his new profession. A real gentleman....Rick Rankine
