Hello Rick: 

Where are the Korea vets to identify A.E. (Bud) Maker, a member of the Toronto Branch of The RCR Association?  Do we have any Korea vets visiting this site?

Bud Maker shows up at all military events in the Toronto area.  Re your question about the decorations on Bud's LEFT breast, they are:  the Canadian Korea War Medal, the British Commonwealth Korea Medal and the UN Korea Medal.

Now, getting back to your question, on his RIGHT breast Bud is wearing (I think) ribbons awarded by the government of Korea to returning Canadian vets on visits to the old battlefields and cemeteries.  Perhaps some Korea vet who visit this page can brief us on this matter.

And who is the nitpicker about left and right in a photo?  .......... No prize for the answer!
