RETIREMENT SGT BEN FRANCIS

For those who know him, Sgt Ben Francis is retiring from the CF after 27 years of loyal service. Ben is going to work with the reserves in CFB Gagetown. An official message will follow later. The WOs & Sgts from 2RCR will have a luncheon for Ben on 14 August at A-4 in CFB Gagetown. Ben was in 3RCR in CFB Baden in 1982 for some of the old dogs on here. If anybody has any messages of congratulations that they would like read out at the luncheon you can email them to myself at this address jwotoole@nb.sympatico.ca and I will have them read and presented to Ben.

Pro Patria.

Had a good luncheon today in Gagetown. Ben, the wife and kids were hosted and mugged out of the unit in style. All had a good time. All received messages were read out to Ben and they were thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks to those who sent the messages.
