Hi Jim and Rick:

Yup, the Royal in the short sleeve shirt is Abe VanVeen the President of the London Branch of the Association.

He is wearing the summer dress for Association events

The picture was taken at the War Museum on the evening of June 7 at the 125th
Anniversary function.
