Rest in Peace Stan. There are so many funny stories about him, but one stands out in particular. We were on Company parade on the second floor of the Mullen block. MacKenzies room was right there and it opened and a girl walked out right between the company and Stan. Unfazed all he said was "alright...who owns that." What a CSM.

Mike yes I do. Like Abe said there are so many refreshing stories to tell about "Old Stanely" like the time we were on parade in the shack for morning roll call and Cpl Harvey was imitating Stan's voice - as he had it down to a t - and Stanley looked around and said " I'm here, I'm there, I'm everywhere, Jesus Christ I don't even know where the hell I'm at this morning" and told Cpl Harvey to get his ass on parade. The whole of 2 Cdo erupted in laughter.

Hey Bob ; My favourite story is when we were in B.C. and we had just walked up that mountain and we were resting at the side of the rd. and we were waiting for Stan and when he finally came into view , somebody asked what kept him he said " I met a forest ranger who needed directions ! "

How about the time he came into the shacks one weekend, I can't remember who he was looking for, but he knocks on this guys door, and his roomie tells Stan that he is down in the showers. He goes into the shower room pulls back the shower curtain, and there is buddy with his girlfriend. I remember Stan the Man jacking us all up on company parade the next Monday morning, Sayin when he goes into the shower room looking for someone he doesn't want to be staring at a pair of tits LOL. He was a character, and a good man.
