The Regimental Store - Reduction of Services, Summer 2008
As a result of staff reductions as part of the planned transition of Regimental Headquarters from Wolseley Barracks to CFB Petawawa, it is necessary that the Regimental Store reduce its offered services starting summer 2008. In brief, the operations of the Regimental Store will:
- Reduce hours for over-the-counter retail operations to two days per week (Tuesday and Friday), commencing 15 June 2008.
- Cease online sales effective 15 July 2008.
- Cease over the counter retail operations in London in fall 2008.
RHQ does not intend to recreate the Regimental Store in Petawawa in its current format. The Regimental Store will continue its current sales of replica medals, ribbons and mounting services. Special regimental items will also be sold on a limited basis and announced through regimental networks and on the regimental website.
