Thanks for the post and info Doug...its shocking that this is happeneing in Britain..i suspect maybe local folks will now take charge of this and get arrangemnets for proper respects..the people will need to do it.. just as they have in Canada...it was/ is the PEOPLE  doing it right...ranrad
