Well after being on this site for the past year or two,i think it is about time i gave a little history about myself.I joined the Royal Canadian Regiment in May of 1962.After departing St.Johns NFLD. by train i arrived in london Ont. 3 days later to begin 6 months of basic Traing. In oct. i graduated and was posted to the second battalion. This was short lived as i volunteered to go to Germany to the 1st battalion. This was the start of two and a half years of good times and lots of memories.Isee lots of  names and pics(THANKS TO Jim Hickson)whom i remember. This is a great site.I am now retired and have loys of time to spend on it.Regards to all members and Pro Patria.

Hi Henry, I though I seen on one of your posts that you spent some time with the Royal Newfoundland Rigiment, what years were you with them as I was also with the Regiment from 75 to 95. I was with C Coy in Stephenville as the CSM and later the RSM for the 2nd Bn
