RV 85 was my first, but judging from how skinny these guys are, I'd have to guess they're from the 1st Battalion?

Hi Riv
Yes I remember all the soldiers and all the fun times we had. I remember Tuna Evans, Peppe Madaire etc all the guys that made soldiering fun. All I got left is a picture or two and I will never forget what they were to me! Pro Patria Riv and good luck!

Grin, it is a compliment. When I got my first posting to to the Regiment, it was Winnipeg. Talk around there was that the cost of living in London was so high, that many privates and corporals were on social assistance. I don't know that I believe that, but it might explain for the slimmer trimmer soldiers. then again, it could be all the PT.

Greetings all from Sunny Gagetown. Yes that is a rather slim looking picture of me. Not bad for a guy who three years earlier was over 230 pounds. I miss those days of soldiering and friendship with my buds. Thanks for the memories!

That is definitely Ron Bertin looking for more food. His long arms never fit in any uniform sleeves. If you read this Ron, e-mail me at brian.brighton@psepc.gc.ca
