I'll check my jumpbooks Jim and try and count them. Believe it was more than eight or nine.  Huh

Hi Bill

LOLOL You've got more water jumps than I have jumps. LOLOLOL

Jim

PS The "Powers To Be" wouldn't let me go on course (Too valuable LOLOL). It was in the rank of CWO when I finally got course loaded. LOLOL Then they asked me if I was ready to serve in the Airborne. I told them I wasn't because I didn't grow up with them so they sent CWO Bud Jardine.

Hi Uncle Bill:

These pics look like they were taken over the Ottawa River in Petawawa. Did you have LPU's when you were water jumping. I remember one time going into Thunder Bay on a drop. The DZ was right on the airport property. I remember an Air Canada DC-9 taking off as I was coming into land. Talk about dangerous, but the real kicker was that the approach was right over Lake Superior and we had no LPU's on. I was number one on the starboard stick and was just mesmerized by all that water when the green came on. Took the JM two "GO's" and a good shove to get me out.

Yes about the LPU's. Never had an unattentional water jump. Just the prepared ones. Respects. Bill
