Jim, What year is this? At first I thought maybe 1 RCR at JW Little Memorial Stadium but then I noticed the C7 rifle which came into service in 1986. Neil,

Hi Neil
This was out of "The Connecting File" and the rifles (C7) were handed out 1988.

A stab in the dark, Terry Hanna! The pic is really hard to make out, and my immediate reaction was Bill Norman too, but thought he was a little heavy. Then i thought maybe Tony Dubois, but i think he may have been a rag picker by then. As I studied the profile it made me think of Terry Hanna. The man is wearing a sash. Anybody with me?

Just guessing:
Looking at the picture, I'm gonna go with Stew on this one, I think there is a good possibility that it can be Bob McKeough. Also I'm gonna throw another name into the mix here, I think that it could be Frank Gratton, he was with 3CDO at the time, the nose fits, I'm pretty sure he was a WO in '88, and although it is a black and white pic it looks to me like the guy has a grey moustache, and I'm sure that Frank Gratton has been grey ever since I met him, anyway can't be positive on either Bob, or Frank.
