The guy in the middle is Capt Powley, and Jim I see your wearing the new cam combats a bunch of us were doing user trials on. There were three different patterns of which the military or politicians in they're infinite wisdom chose not to adopt . We had to wait for the advent of cadpats.

Hi Rudy
It was "all money" that stopped them although the combats are far better than cadpats. They had far better camouflage properties especially at night. Oh well give the soldiers what they want and keep them happy.
