Looking at all these photos brought back the memories of nicknames the troops in those days gave their favourite CSM's. I dont know whether the new breed has such colurful nom de plumes. I wont say which belongs to who for the sake of their loved ones who may read this. But remember these..."Puss Guts", "RBLT", "Pig", Dog Face", "Splew," Eric the Red" etc..anybody want to add to this memorable list..And I almost forgot "The Thorn. Other memorable nicknames that didnt make CSM..Thumper, Patti Page, Hemp Hair..all well loved.

Well Rick, I was in B Coy in Germany and we had "Puss Guts" as the CSM for some time and boy he was strick on the Jr NCO's.
