Al and John
Unfortunaltely I do not have all the names myself and thank to Jim's numbering.......
#8 Les Jollimore, #9 yours truly, #10 Schwicker (sp?), #20 Earl Mosher, #18..darn...also #11 and #12...darn, but who knows, their names may come to me while watching another episode of Judge Alex or maybe the Simpsons
You are correct with Jerry Mallot and Milt Coombs and the rest of the group in the front row except.......John's, Jim Kacan. I think the Captain was Cook. Quite an elite group of instructors for a NCO Course
Les Jollimore and another RCR - Van Veen had a coloured pic of themselves on the front page of a local newspaper Nov 11 this year attending a Rememberance Day gathering, so we are still quite active in London.
I remember the chap #12 and I were on the advance sigs course in Borden and studying OHMS LAW. Everybody was having a problem with it as it is all mathematical and #12 stood up in the class one day and said, "Why didn't this guy OHMS do something simple like research agriculture or something else"

Hi Gang
Do you know the story of Jim Kacan in the early 1970,s? The 48th Highlanders were up to London and they brought their famous Scottish Haggis with them. Well after we finished eating and drinking, came the time for them to get on the Bus and leave. They asked for "Jim the Inspector" to say goodbye. Jim went out to the bus and got on and they closed the door and didn't let him off till they were on the 401. Boy was he ever mad!!!!
Jim
PS I was the Junior Member of the Mess and had to wait till he got back!!!

Hi Al
"Rummy Kacan" I never heard that used but I was a Sgt in 71 and we referred to Kacan as the "Inspector". lolol You know the program "On The Buses" they had a tall person who was called "the Inspector". He used to work for the bus lines in London England. lololololololol

Hi Al
It can't be Joudrey cause he was a Pte when I had my Jr NCO Course in 1962. Maybe #17 is Squirel Brunette. The #22 looks like St Louis.
