Ah! yes Cpl Stan as he was known. I am looking for the whole crew like Chuck, Molholland, Crick, Nightengale.  I don't recall your name but then again I never was too good with names and it is a few years back. I have written and spoke to Joe Bentley he's a member here and now you. I hope more of the gang get on here.

Were you with us in 1972 on "Excercise Running Jump II" in Gagatoen? If so how is your health?

Anyway it is good to hear from a fellow 1 RCR Recce.

I never made it to Cyprus in 74 because I was in the hospital from September 74 through May of 75. Had many opperations and had droped to 73 pounds at that time to unknown reasons but I now believe was due to something that happened to most of us in Recce in 1972. This is one of the reasons I am looking for the guys to see how they are doing health wise.

But hey anyone in Recce should be posting here, they were a great bunch of guys and I do have fond memories of the time spent with them.

John, do you have any pictures of the platoon from around them dates? I'm afraid I never got any, not of the platoon and not even of any field or sports events.

It would be awful nice to get some.

There’s a request for at least two of the old Recce Platoon for pictures.

Does any 1 RCR Recce Platoon from between 1970 and 77 have platoon pics of maneuver pics like exercise Running Jump II where  1 RCR Recce was the enemy for the whole brigade, even sporting events?
We would really like to get some of them.

Thank you in advance.
