Whats with the sash in work dress?
Not something I remember in Canada.
Was this something that happened in Germany only?

Abe, i've got that pic in my collection. I'm fourth from the left in the second row. John Carty snuck in with the work dress. The WO was pissed. That was one of the better courses I was on. I can name every single pers in the pic.
