My name is Hal Prittie. I need someone who can remember me and would be willing to verify in writing to VAC to support my pension application. For those who  might be able to help, they'll  remember what the 3rd Bn barracks were like in 1952 and how we thought we had "died and gone to heaven" when we transferred to the 1st BN and Victoria Barracks at Petawawa. Contact me at halor@telus.net.
Thanks.

Hi Hal.

Here i'm again, just thought of something, if you have any old pictures put them on the web to see if anyone remembers any one on them or you.

Hi Hal

Yes go ahead and put some pictures up. There only 8 to 10 years between your time and mine, and even less between others. You just have to put them up. Pro Patria!!!

JUST THOUGHT YOU  MIGHT LIKE TO KNOW HOW BUSY I AM WITH MY FIVE NEW BOYFRIENDS!

I am seeing five gentlemen every day.

As soon as I wake up, Will Power helps me get out of bed.

Then I go to see John.

Then Charlie Horse comes along, and, when he is here, he takes a lot of my time and attention.

When he leaves, Arthur   Ritis shows up and stays the rest of the day.  He doesn't like to stay in one place very long, so he takes me from joint to joint.

After such a busy day, I'm really tired and glad to go to bed with Ben Gay.

What a life!

By the way, there may soon be a sixth man in my life... I also occasionally flirt with Al Zymer.

A photographer for CNN was assigned to cover southern California's Wildfires.  He wanted pictures of the heroic work the firefighters were doing as they battled the blazes.

When the photographer arrived on the scene, he realized that the smoke was so thick it would seriously impede, or even make impossible, his getting good photographs from the ground level.  He requested permission from his boss to rent a plane and take photos from the air.

His request was approved and he used his cell phone to call the local County airport to charter a flight.  He was told a single engine plane would be waiting for him at the airport.

Arriving at the airfield, he spotted a plane warming up outside a hanger.  He jumped in with his bag, slammed the door shut, and shouted, "Let's go".  The pilot taxied out, swung the plane into the wind and roared down the runway.  Once in the air, the photographer instructed the pilot, "Fly over the valley and make two or three low passes so I can take some pictures of the fires on the hillsides."

"Why?" asked the pilot.

"Because I'm a photographer for CNN," he responded.  "And I need to get some close-up shots."

The pilot was strangely silent for a moment, finally he stammered, "So, what you're telling me, is...you're NOT my flight instructor?"...

The new supermarket near our house has an automatic water mister to
keep the produce fresh.    Just before it goes on, you hear the sound of
distant  thunder and the smell of fresh rain.

When you approach the milk cases, you hear cows mooing and witness
the scent of fresh hay.

When you approach the egg case, you hear hens cluck and cackle and
the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying.

The veggie department features the smell of fresh buttered corn.

I don't buy toilet paper there any more.

A guy walks into the local welfare office, marches straight up to thecounter and says, "Hi... You know, I just HATE drawing welfare. I'd really rather have a job." The social worker behind the counter says,

"Your timing is excellent. We just got a job opening from a very wealthy old man who wants a chauffeur and bodyguard for his
beautiful nymphomaniac daughter. You'll have to drivearound in his Mercedes, but he'll supply all of your clothes.Because of the long hours, meals will be provided. You'll be expected toescort her on her overseas holiday trips. You will have to satisfy hersexual urges. You'll be provided a two-bedroom apartment above the garage. The starting salary is $200,000 a yea r."The guy, wide-eyed, says, "You're bullshittin' me!"The social worker says, "Yeah, well... you started it."

Johnny wanted to have sex with a girl in his office... but she belonged to someone else. One day Johnny got so frustrated that he went up to her and said, "I'll give you a $100 if you let me have sex with you."
But the girl said, "NO."
Johnny said "I'll be fast, I'll throw the money on the floor, you bend down, and I'll be finished by the time you pick it up."
She thought for a moment and said that she would have to consult her boyfriend. So she called her boyfriend and told him the story. Her boyfriend says ask him for $200, pick up the money very fast, he won't even be able to get his pants down.
She agrees and accepts the proposal. Half an hour goes by and the boyfriend is waiting for his girlfriend to call. Finally after 45 minutes the boyfriend calls and asks what happened...
She said "The bastard used quarters!" Management lesson: Always consider a business proposal in it's entirety before agreeing to it and getting screwed
