I believe its WO Brian David, and also Mcpl George beside him.
Looks like Lt Col Pettis behind Maj Gen Milner.

Thats Brian and Ron alright.  I think the Officer over Gen Milners right shoulder was McClaren or some similar spelling.  I believe the troops nicknamed him "peanut".
