Hi Len.

Welcome aboard the site.  I remember you from Fort York, Germany and I also was with Anti Tank Platoon support company attached to Bravo Company.  Some of the Anti Tankers that are life time friends of mine and still in contact with are:  Jack Meigs, Billy Cole, Billy Pye, Paddy Schroeder and others that I have lost contact with are:  Eddy McPhee, Ron Mossph, Ted Norris, T.A. Smith I believe is here in London, Ont.  Perhaps some of these names will ring some bells with you.  There will be a Reunion of the RCR, in Kingston, Ont (125 fifth) to be held August 1,2,3, 2008.  Pro Patria, and best regards.

Hello Lenny

I remember you from the 1st Bn as well. I remember that you used to stutter but when you sang while playing the drums in your band you didn't stutter. The same as Mel Tellis. I also was in 7Pl C Coy. My brother was in Sigs Pl. I used to hang around with Cardinal, Beauchamp, Diamond, Marshall, Marty Leblanc etc. I stayed in for 38 yrs and retired from Wainright Alberta. You must remember Tony Brothers, Brian Howe, Nelson Bishop, Gene Cromwell, John Binet, Bob Clark, Art Sangster etc.
Well I sure hope you are well and Pro Patria.

Hi Lenny

Yes I remember Lovejoy and Burnett and you playing in bars around Soest. Me too I played around Soest with a band especially in 63-65. I went to Germany as a L/Cpl with B Coy but I went back to C Coy in 62 just after Christmas. I stayed with C Coy right up to November 64 when I was busted for a fight downtown. When I got out of 1DB 30 days later, I went to A Coy as a Pte where I stayed until 1965. Below are some pictures of me and some other buds.
