Can anyone shed some light on the lives of these Royals. I knew all but P.M. Curtis. Any info on the others would be of interest to me.

Hey Gary ,I knew Moose well we served in C Coy 1RCR early sixties. We went to Amsterdam a couple of times. Just found out about a year ago he was murdered and that is why I visited his grave when I went to Europe last month. He was a big loveable Newfie. I was hoping someone could give me some details on his death. Anyway thanks for the info. Ron "Trooper Green

Just for the record i think MOSE was from Stellerton NS,I worked with Mose at the MIR in Fort York and was in the Candellight the night he was shot. And you are right it was an American from the Buike Missel base that shot him, that night I, along with others of the Regement lost a good friend and one hell of a Soldier. Thanks for laying the flag.

Hi Hugh, of course your right I was on that bugout when we lost Bo it wasn't to far from Fort York if my memory serves me right. Gerry Marche was with Moose the night he was killed, we talked about that few times.

Hi all. This is my first post so hope it goes well.. Bo Hines was killed on a bugout, as the driver op of Sp coys CP a young Pte. name unknown came to the CP and got me to come see it waws very dark out but as soon as I saw him (bo) I had a couple Pte carriey him to the CP and they did CPR on him while I did a noduff to Bn HQ...Was told to take him to the MIR in Chambly where he was pronounce by the on duty Dr. Cordy (bo) Hines was a cpl in ADP Pl at that time...A really nice man and had one of the largest funerals in the BG at that time...
Al Moose Morris was indeed from newfoundland. We went through Depot together in Paardaberg Pl in 64 than to germany in May 65. We were best buds... He was killed while getting into a cab at the Candlelight with a female friend that was over visiting George Watson (another old friend RIP ) Moose was the reason that I got married over there..At that time their was not the monitary backing for familey so Als Parents could not afford to come over for his furneal so I, my girlfriend Sherry Stevens and Mary-Ann sorry do not remember her last name, stood in as his family.. Any other questions please email me here at the RCR site or at BC280745@hoymail.com.. In case it does not show up I am Bob Cox RCR depot 63 and 64 1 RCR 65 2 RCR 65 till close out 1 July 1971 Pro Patra
