Hi Jim,  This is none other than W.T. Smith - (water trailer) my old buddy.  Excellent picture of him taken in Fort York, Germany. Regards......Ernie

When Tom Smith and I commuted from Ipperwash in 1960 to London,WT drove a volkswagen beetle. He filled the back with egs to deliver to the city folk and was rear ended. I had to get my car and rescue WT, what a mess. WT is alive and well in London.
