Jim I never had the opportunity to work with you but from what I can perceive as a leader that could make the calls you understood that it had to be fun and enjoyable for the men as long as the work was getting done.

These are the best leaders. The ones that remember what it was like to be in awe. The ones that realize the more love you put into it the more you get back in a way only a Royal can understand.

Rest well soldier. You earned it. That wanted to be, was and will always be a good Royal.

I thank you for your caring words however I'll never be up again with my Pace Stick. I have my drivers licence and I can get around with a cane. I can talk, albeit slow and I would never think of giving in!!! My right arm is pretty well finished and as they say I'm alive. I only wish the best of luck for our Boys in Afghanistan.
