Hi Willy; I sent Mick Hanlon an email indicating that I was able to find several (17) Wayne Bailey’s, using the Canada 411 People Search http://findaperson.canada-411.ca/.
I provided him with the actual search link showing all Wayne Bailey’s. With only 17 returns, a few phone calls should hopefully prove successful.

Hello
My husband Sgt. Wayne P. Bailey RCR passed away on Dec. 22, 2005. He is buried at the Beechwood Cemetery-Military section in Ottawa, Ontario.
