Passing of Keith V. Toye

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my Dad, Keith V. Toye, on March 3rd 2007.  He had been struggling with complication related to diabetes in the last 5 years.  In Feb. of 2006 he moved from Wingham Ontario where he retired to a nursing home in Elmira Ontario to be nearer to his family.

He was very proud of his service with the RCR.
