I see Ernie Wetzel as marker of leading platoon, and Cpl Marv MacDonald, marker of second platoon.

Don ,
I was there at the time , but I'm not sure if I was on this parade , as I don't see anyone out of step .

Hey Don ;
I don't think Dave was on any parades , mostly because of his coordination level , but when that didn't work , he was an MIR kid . I believe that's why he remustered to trucker , so he could sit down and drink coffee all day , something like his present day job .

The Sergeant leading the first platoon was Bob Smith who went on to become an MWO and career manager. Last time I saw Bob was in Elliot Lake when I went up to see what the buzz was concerning retiring there. Ran into Bob in the mall. Last I heard he had returned to the south somewhere down around St Catherines...

Hi Rick Thanks for the up-date. I mistook him for Bob Clarke.Hadn,t seen or heard anything about either one since 1965..Remember Bob Smith as B Coy with Deke Kingston,Tom Martin,John Magean,Dave Rennie and Bill Fraser etc.and he was one hell of a nice guy. Al

UNLIKE BARRY AND DON I dont get a chance to get online as my job keeps me busy. As for parades I didnt know that being a jock like Barry thought he was(Golf) counted.towards parade Square time. Barry and Don time on the Square was parking cars on rear party functions.But just because they where Garrission troopers we will not hold that against them.
