Looking back at this pic...in 1964..Germany..Sgt Dick Hagen, Major Bud Taylor, Bunny Tapp, the Sigs offr, (forget his name), and Sgt Ekstrom, hidden behind Bud Taylor was John Clee.

Sorry I made a mistake. I thought you meant the Guy over on the right, thats Ken Ekstrom and the Guy with a cigarette is Maj Bud Taylor. The Sigs Offr is Noel Coward. I just thought of it

         Thanks for the correction.By the way I believe Dick Hagen is still going strong and lives in my old home town of North Bay Ont.Bumped into an old legion buddy of his a couple of years ago,and through our chat he told me.

Unless he's left in the last 6 months, Dick Haggen is indeed in North Bay.   I see Dick all the time at the Main Branch Legion. You'll surely bump into him on a Saturday afternoon there.   Give the Branch a call, they'll know how to get in touch with him I'm sure..........Cheers.Eli

A few years back when Correctional services HQ moved to North Bay for a while my former boss met two ex  RCR's in the Legion. He asked if they knew me and sure enough it was Dick Hagen and MAD Murray. I think they had been RSS with the Algonquin Regt and stayed in North Bay after retirement.

Greetings to all as we enter into 2008.  Ran into Al "Bunny" Tapp and wife Joan this afternoon in a grocery store in downtown Barrie. Found them in the vegetable section which does not surprise me as they both look better than they ever; fit as fiddles as they say.  Anyone out there that wish to to get in contact with Al can e-mail me here or at: eli_aucoin@sympatico.ca  and I'll make sure "Bunny" gets the message.
