A hint on the fellow in the middle..This fine man was known to everyone in the Regiment in those days as Mr. RCR. At the time of this photo, I believe he was the Canadian military attache to Poland and visiting 1 RCR. Before WW2 he was a Sgt and rose through the ranks. I bet there are those that could expand on his accomplishments..Pro Patria

One of them was Maj Darling I think of instead of Ireland. Correct me if I'm wrong its only a flash back that I have at the moment.

Aldore..your right..most of these photos by the way were taken by LCPL Gary Gagnon when he was the unit photographer in 62 to 65. RT Walsh still communicates with him. He changed his name to Gary Carrol, and now resides on Vancouver Island..Pro Patria
