this will be the second email since you put the message on .this is your old drinking buddy and travel companion to toronto and buffalo.we always seemed to get in the shady section of town were we just about met our waterloo when we went to that rundown house..the speakeasy was very enjoyable at 3:30 in the morning .ken can likely still feel the the bottle of wine he sat on in the back seat going back into canada.hope to hear from you. Would that be the same Bob Read who's home town was Pickering Ontario, and later went to the Air Force? He married a hairdresser from his home town, a real nice lady. However, this Bob Read was in Pioneer Platoon when I knew him. Quite a GUY!!!! Ron "Trooper" Green

I am not sure of reads home town .When we were in mortars together there was ken wilson, don perry, lugs delaney, and many others that i forget their names.we were on the top floor of the barrack block across from the guard room.there used to be a case of beer that could materialize from somewhere when we were thirsty,or when the beer strike was on a case of white table wine.there were some good times in those days and a lot of memories now.hope some day to get back up to london and visit some of the old hangouts.
