To go along with Geoff's observation, I also recognize the CWO just over Jim's right shoulder. He was an instructor on my jump course Jan.'82..I believe he was a WO at the time, and he looks exactly the same as he did in '82 ...as a matter of fact, so do CWOs Marr and Hickson....Jim you were MWO in '82.....have you been using the airbrush tool in Photoshop?  Grin

Hi Jim: Brian and i were in the Field Amb , first in Soest in 69, then in Lahr. I havent seen him since but heard of him moving along thru the ranks. He was a great guy. Never got to serve with him again. We had quite a crew in Soest with all three uniforms.. it made the parade squre look a bit weird.. we also had a Srvice Corps driver who was Germany Army WW2 and had the Iron Cross.  ranrad

Hi Ranrad, Brian Kennedy was a chief when I LOTPed to medic and was there at my first posting  at CFHH Stadecona in '88. Mr, Kennedy was also posted at Stade (what position, I can't remember exactly; he was up there). Good man, we use to see him around the base hospital from time to time, he always made the time to 'talk to the troops'. Last I heard ( over 15 years ago), he 'retired' from the military and was doing work with a medical type company that supplied medical services to such places as mines, rigs, etc. Last I heard he was in Siberia for awhile (if true). I imagine he is enjoying some well-deserved down time now.
