Right Rick Capt Powley was the office Sgt Eric leclair marched me to jail that wonderful Easter weekend good thing Jim H protected me and came back to B Coy as the Sgt Major or I think I would have been driving the ice cream truck outside of base as Major Holmes wanted my ass.

My first day in Petawawa still in civies I met Eric Leclair by leaning on a door frame

The verbal lashing I received was unlike anything I had ever heard spoken to another human

He was my Sgt Maj in K coy in '93 and wanted to throw me in jail because I received a posting message to Halifax Shocked

. I think he went to Base accommodations in Gagetown after that. May be wrong

Not at you thats for sure,

I got marched into the OC on my TQ3 to be told the charges were dropped Shocked

Funny thing was I didn't know I was being charged,
After He chewed my face off about how I wasn't getting away with anything and I better not be doing that again
and on and on and on

To this day I still don't know what any of it was about, But I wasn't going to ask either Shocked

My posting date was 3 days before the Bn change of command and Eric insisted that I would be at parade practice and on the Parade. Reg was the RSM and had already told me to clear the Bn and base and head to Halifax. I made the mistake of going into the head shed for something the day I was leaving and who did I run straight into but Eric !!!! Well the air was blue after I had missed mornig parade for about 3 days ( on the ok of the RSM) I guess Eric was looking into every nook and cranny on base for me. He was so red and yelling so loud I thought he was going to have a heart attack. When I got out of there I jumped in my truck and headed straight for NS.

I suffer from PTSD because of Eric LeClair...LOL.....what a fine and outstanding NCO....LOL, he was a great section commander......dedicated soldier..
