Some of you may remember I web master for E.W. Halayko PEng, CD (R'etd) who is the National Chairman of the Armed Forces Pensioners'/Annuitants' Association of Canada.

I've just updated his web site with two new articles that seem very relevant to the organization, and may well be of interest to other serving and retired members?

Brian, thanks for posting these sites for our info, I have reviewed both bullitins and they are indeed and eye opener and explain the battle well between the Union's and the government.  It would appear that the Union's have made some progress with the hearings although we still have an up hill battle for our rights to the pension surplus of 30 billion.  Conrad Black, pull the same shit on his employees some years back and still continues to this day with the same accounting practices.
