Hi folks..Was off line for a while..gave my old computer to my grandson..bought a new one and am back on line..while I was away my good buddy Mook Norman passed away..I was away in Ottawa and also missed his funeral. Mook marched to the beat of his own special regimental drum. They wont make another like him. Mook called me about a week or so before he passed away and we talked for three hours reminiscing..never a word about his illness. He was a great guy. Mook and I started together in 62 in C Coy support weapons platoon for a year, Then I moved to the Int Sec 6 months later. Our stint there lasted until 1968. it would take a book to record all of our adventures and misadventures together. He will never be forgotten. Pro Patria..Rick Rankine
