Hey guys, thought you might like to know that as of the day before yesterday (Sunday) I no longer require the use of a cane or other support for my normal walking. What a difference when you can go out by yourself shopping etc.  I went out yesterday to Costco by myself and had a shopping BALL. Sure felt good   (MIKE: YOu should talk your dad into getting his done -- a wheel chair is not a pleasant thing to look forward to when it can be avoided.   I am 83 yrs. old and feel terrific now. Really glad to have had it done. Would also do the other one if I had to. It only takes four months for full recovery. Pain only lasts ABOUt  2 to 3 days and it is not severe either. Well worth it.)
