Hi Bob

Not bad for a young fella!! How in the hell are you. It's been a long time since we talked. You probably know I had a stroke 2 yrs ago. I am fine except for the right side. I have to get used to typing with one hand and driving with a gas pedal for my left leg. Well there's a lot I could tell you but I won't bore you. Give me another email and let me know how you are. Jim, sorry to hear about your health. However: you always had the ability to improvise and overcome. As for myself I am doing well, I am the chief of security for the Province of Nova Scotia. After I retired in 89 I joined the West Nova Scotia Regiment and took my commission and was with them for 6 years then packed it in.

We had some good times Jim, and it was pleasure serving with you.  How is Norma ?

Keep in touch.

Hi Bob

Thanks for the answer and by the way Norma is doing great. Congrats on the Chief of Security for Nova Scotia. I'm glad that your health is holding up. Well, don't be a stranger and it was a pleasure to serve with you, you always knew what side you stood on and I'm glad I stood on the good side. Pro Patria!

Do you remember when we first got into B-Coy EllS Carriere, Ball just to mention a few. Well you were taking us on a recce and you said we could have a smoke and Rick Ball lit his lighter which was like a torch. You were ready to kill him and Carriere and I for laughing so much I could still see your stern face and it wasn,t a pretty picture.
