"20 Questions - The Young Officer"

I am looking for a few good Royal Canadians (of the commissioned variety) willing to answer a few questions on their earliest days in the Regiment.  The "20 Questions - The Young Officer" survey is designed to present a few questions that help to show what a young officer's life was like in the years of his early training and first years at the battalion.  I would like to get a few examples from each decade (that folks are around to contribute from) and from different unit perspectives.  A selection will find themselves on the regimental website, all responses with be archived for the Regiment.

Contributions will be seen here - http://thercr.ca/history/20questions_young_officer/20qs_young_officer.htm

Mike,

I'll be happy to answer your 20 questions and blame others for all the 'Extras' I had to do. Send the questions at your leisure.

Best regards,

This looks like something that might be interesting.  Add me to your list of participants.

Mike;
I will be happy to submit my experiences if only to correct the exagerations likely to be submitted by Jim Cox and Ray Elliston.  (I can't say "lies" as that would not be appropriate.)
It should be interesting to see the results

Some good responses from the 1st and 2nd Battalions, but there's certainly room for a few more war stories here:
