Yes, Sir. Those were troops and NCO's I came up with.
I know that Canada has a great reputation as peacekeepers, but I feel we were all warriors, ready for our call. I remember how heated WO Bentley was the we couldn't go to the Falklands when it went down.
I'm proud to say I had the honour to serve with and be lead by the kind of men whose actions legends are made of. If we'd ever recieved our call, I'm certain some would have been remembered in lore for generations to come.

Hi BJ, is Joe Wells still doing reserves? Last i seen him was when we both were still in Gagetown a good few years back; he was the J7 manager at the time.

Hi BJ, good to hear from you. I know he's not the J7 'mayor' (ie, manager) anymore; MWO Miller has been doing the job for a couple of years now along with my brother-in-law, cpl Marcel Comeau (a black hatter), though Joe is most likely working on the infantry side, Janus, etc, side of the complex now.

Wow, I am fourth from the left (Sgt). I remember Manny Brookes, and the Sgt that is beside him, was a Viet Nam vet, but for the live of me I can't remember his name. Although I don't think this photo is from the fall of 83, as I left the Battle School the summer of 83. However, based on the fact we are in winter dress, it may have been the spring of 83.
