Hi BJ

It's a sad day because you're gonna say goodbye to all the friends you've made over the years. Yea we can take a little solace that we have this wonderful 'Site' to play with but you better get something that you can do every day. Good God I don't hope that you suffer the same pain as me. Now get out there and do it. My retirement lasted from Fall 98 to spring 2004 and I say I'm lucky. I've got my wife, my dog,  got my life, and this 'site', who could have asked for more. I could have been born later and still be serving and come home in a box. Be happy and play golf, go fishing and relax. Your life is ahead of you!!!!

thanks for the support, I know that others have done and now it is my turn to retire. It was an odd day as I have never done anything but the army and i loved every day. I would still be in except for a med problem. Chatting with comrads on this sight will sure help.
