Hi Jim, Bruce Martin (RIP) on the left and looks like Hector Lewis on the right. The 2 next to Bruce I think I know as well  but they are a little fuzzy.

Hi Jim: A lot of faces are familiar, but cant bring up names.. and no i didnt know the pig, but those amber bottles are familiar, what was the name of the local? Kea or Keo, which in any given batch could be taken for a pesticide or drain cleaner, but pretty decent if cold, and of course Carlsberg was usually just fine, ranrad

Hi Andy

The Pig, well I remember Arnold! The first PIG was looked after by Doug MacLean. I had a T-Shirt with Sigs Pigs on it. Talk about morale!!!!!!!! The name is KEO. Good memory!! Oh by the way Doug slaughtered it.

I remember one the sigs lads had in London in the late seventies.  Dougy was fattening up that one as well.

I wonder what ever happened to him.

Doug, not the pig. Wink

Hi Mike

I was the Sigs WO. I remember Arnold very well. The CO said we couldn't have Arnold around no more. That's when Doug came to play. Sad sad day.

No, Piroy was a cat, not a pig, that much i recall.. I think?? Anyone know for sure, ?? I think there is a pic of Monroe with Piroy the cat in the tour book, Cyprus 74-75. Can anyone put a bit more light on Piroy.. there were a lot of pets on that tour, one was Wilbur Duck? Anyone remember that goofy bird>> I have some pics of him some where, will have to dig them out, ranrad
