You're right Gary it is Frenchy Beddard.
Picture was taken by Danny Gauthier and we're at the Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol Cyprus (74).
The day we checked in the hotel, the Turks started acting up causing traffic check points on roads leading into Limassol. The few civilian guests got scared left, leaving the entire hotel (208 rooms) to the pleasure of 7 UN Canadian Soldier (three of which you see in the picture provided).
Hotel staff were ever so greatful for our presence at the hotel, they arranged for an open bar available to us until the firing ceased four days later. What a weekend......
Any guesses on who the other person in picture is??

Hi BJ. I read from your other threads you're doing well and living in beautiful Annapolis Valley. I understand Ian is still a Bathrust Cop and doing some Class "A" duties as the Bn Sherriff there. I was at a retirement dinner for Marty Dupuis last week and met his RSM (Donny Campbell) Also there were Dave Ells and Gary Cook. Lots of war stories flying I assure you........ Take good care.......Eli

I think the one on the right is Sonny Ingram .
As for the one in the middle , he is looking sharp as usual , Long hair , jacket undone , cigarette in hand & no baret . I must say that is the exact way he looks today , but meets the the requirement set by the Meatheads , so all is well .
Have a good one Eli .

Thanks for that Barry. I see my e-mail have awoken the sleeping bear. Where have you been? The troops on this site have been denied your reparte and sarcasm lately. Good to have you back.
Meanwhile the third gentleman in the picture is Jim (newf) Marsden. Jim took his release from the CF soon after we returned from Cyprus in 75 and went back to school. Never heard of him since.........Cheers Eli
