 Raymond W. "Magoo" McEarchern, CD

RHQ regrets to inform the regiment of the death of Raymond W. "Magoo" McEarchern, CD, who died suddenly at age 65 on 6 July 06. Raymond was born in New Waterford, Cape Breton, and served 23 Years with the CF, and 22 years with the Commissionaires working on the Admiral's Gate in Dockyard, Halifax. He retired 6 Dec 05.

Raymond served in CFE and also completed three tours of duty with the UN in Cyprus.

The funeral today is at the Cole Harbour Funeral Home, Cole Harbour Road, Dartmouth.

My Condolences to my good friend's family. He was a good mentor for the young soldiers. As I know him he is paving the way for his followers. RIP Maggoo you will always be remember by your ROYAL brothers.
